Vrachlioti Square is a small stone-paved square along Michael Theotoki street, where the so-called Vrachlioti's Cistern is located. The cistern is a replica of an original Venetian one. This is one the most central and characteristic landmarks of the old town. It owes its name to the Vrachlioti drugstore which was located there for a long time during the 19^th century.
